They will put a big sign on your property with their name and telephone number on it and then the waiting begins. Only a few of them will put your property on their website and there it sits and waits. They put an incomplete and very short description of your property on their website, one or two photos and everything is in Portuguese. The website of this local real estate agent will hardly be found by any of the international search engines on the Internet like GOOGLE and YAHOO. When you are a “Gringo” like the majority of our clients you will probably want to focus on Europe, U.S.A. and all other English speaking territories in the world but these potential buyers don’t read a single word of Portuguese so even if anybody finds the website they wont be able to understand it.
